TOUR DE FRANCE FEMMES 2027 | FRANCE

CONCEPT
The design is a temporary mobile pavilion made of a series of repeating modules. Their rhythm reflects the movement of a cycling peloton. The curved outer shape is inspired by half of a bicycle wheel or
a cycling helmet. Open front sides and projecting parasols create a welcoming space protected from sun and rain.
Each module can be used as a reception area, information point, lounge, bar area, or a space for partners and guests. The Tour de France Femmes identity is built into the design through bold illustrations, logos, and the event’s typical yellow details. Timber flooring, light-coloured structures, trellis screens, and movable plants give the pavilion
a warm and natural feel.
The system is designed for quick assembly, dismantling, transport, and repeated use. The number and purpose of the modules can be easily adjusted to each location, capacity, and stage of the event.
Construction
The floor structure can be easily levelled on uneven ground. The main structure is made of frames connected by tubes and fixed to the floor. Each frame is made of several smaller parts, allowing quick assembly and dismantling. A fabric cover is stretched over the structure.
